Erica Santiago, MM, RMT, NICU-MT

Erica is a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA), with specialist NICU training, and a Master of Music in Music Therapy. She spent ten years supporting people in hospitals, hospice, and behavioural health, and now works with children, families, and adults across the Bellarine.

Alongside her clinical experience, Erica brings a deep understanding of grief, loss, and trauma, and supports clients in navigating these experiences with care, sensitivity, and respect. Her work focuses on helping individuals find ways to express, process, and connect through music in meaningful and supportive ways.

Erica believes music therapy can benefit people across all stages of life, and aims to support each person to engage more fully and authentically in their own life and wellbeing.

Outside of her work, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children, reading, and baking.
